The First Day Was The Hardest

Yup, yesterday as a bit ridiculous.
We left Ohio at 10am, and arrived in Des Moines, Iowa at 12:30am. That's right, it was a crazy, long day. It was fun, at times. The kid occupied themselves with multiple movies on seperate Netbooks, specially tailored to them. I occasionally squeezed myself into the back seat to play with them and calm them when they needed it. A feat that wasn't easy since we crammed everything into the car that wouldn't fit into the truck. We stopped for a fantastic dinner at a place called The Machine Shed in Davenport, Iowa at around 9 local time.
Today won't be so bad. I hop. We're headed to Rapid City, South Dakota.
Short entry, anyhow, cause we're on our way out the door again...
